Having tried (multiple times) to develop my own website I learned firsthand that there are levels of complexity just too deep for a single-person approach. Because ICM is a full-service firm, I had help with design, writing, launching, and most recently having access to a full content management system that I LOVE. Even the best freelancer couldn't have provided this kind of full package.
